This will enable youth to take anactive part in decision-making on issues that directly affect their lives. FePYoCAN this year wants to start this award and they have already identified the 100 most influential youth that should be awarded and recognized nationwide for their developmental strives and commitment to change the mindset of the youth through their career and successes.

The Magazine through its research publications and finding will provide every year a platform where young people across the nation will gather on national leadership summer camp to network, exchange ideas and build their capacity on various field of life. Such platform will be accompanying by cultural festivities and social forums to engage youth in constructive activities that strengthen their home communities. The main objectives of this program is to build on national cohesion and unity in spite of regional and political divide. This will include experience sharing by various successful Sierra Leoneans for mentorship and inspirational purpose. However, the use of traditional and contemporary music festivals and mini trade fairs will be used to promote music as a business concept for income generation and communication of youth issues in the public media.
With the outcomes of 2018 national parliamentary and presidential elections the need for positive engagement of youth is critical. The objective of this component is to create an effective national framework for youth career development, engagement and peace consolidation, integrating local and national actors.
